He obtained his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biological Sciences from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, in 2016 before diving into the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. He is well-versed in current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), United States Pharmacopeia (USP) and European Pharmacopoeia (EP) amongst other regulatory requirements and proficient in the application of Quality principles, concepts, standards and industry practices.

During his time in the private sector, Adebayo has successfully led large teams responsible for improving quality systems and has been instrumental in obtaining the U.S. Federal Drug Agency’s (FDA) approval for the manufacture of multiple cancer therapies.

Kayode Ademokoya is a seasoned architect and housing management professional, distinguished by his extensive industry experience. He obtained his Higher National Diploma (HND) in Architecture from Yaba College of Technology in 2000, followed by a Master of Science degree in Housing Management and Development from the University of Ibadan in 2013.

As a member of both the Nigeria Institute of Architecture and the Institute of Housing UK, Kayode’s expertise lies in conceptualizing and executing innovative architectural designs.
